MD930 Dual-Print Sealer is a new generation of medical sealing machine with innovative and integrated functions.

It features with inkjet print mode and dot-matric print mode as user’s option. Two in one make low cost but high efficiency available.

Secure Sealing: Comply with guidance of ISO/TS 16775 and the standard of ISO 11607, validatable and suitable for sealing the medical packaging materials which meet EN868-5 specifications, such as pouches or reels made from sterilization paper and film or Tyvek and film.

Two Printing Modes: Both built-in inkjet printer and dot-matric printer are available for selection to print two sides or one side of the bag. On the brim of the SBS bag, inkjet can print text, image, barcode, QR code and UDI code from the upper, while dot-matric printer can print text and image from the lower. They may work simultaneously or independently.   

Coding for UDI or Tracing System: The device can generate and inkjet code for the packing subject by connecting with UDI system or CSSD tracing system. It can establish One Code for One Subject to help anti-counterfeiting, error prevention and traceability. It is very suitable for the use in medical facilities, industries of pharmacy and medical devices.

Mode 1: Sealing and Dot-matric Printing--Specifications: 

 Operate through LCD and keypad. 

 Print out six items, Steri. Date, Exp. Date, Bag name, Autoclave No., Cycle No. and Operator No. 

 The above items can be printed in English, Chinese or symbols while the input text can be printed in English and/or Arabic numerals. 

 Three levels of fonts, word space and text start point are available for selection. Print-out of single line is at minimum line length of 65mm when seven items are all printed. 

 Single or multiple items can be selected to be printed. 

 Printing can be paused while the sealing function remains.

 Validatable and PC linkable: Six sealing parameters can be monitored, tested and printed out, such as test date, temperature, sealing pressure, speed, staff and machine number. 

 Total sealing width: 12mm, with three sealing tracks (available choice on request). 

 Sealing speed: 10m/min. 

 The temperature setting ranges from 30℃ to 230℃ with a difference ±1%. 

 Internal timer, auto-calendar and safety temperature meter. 

 Automatically regulating the sealing pressure meets different thickness of pouches. 

 Built-in feeding inlet for adjusting the unsealed brim between 0-30mm. 

 Feeding can be automatically started, and a power saving standby mode is automatically switched on when there is no more feeding within 120 minutes by a preset timer. 

 Replace the ink ribbon through the front of machine. 

Mode 2: Sealing and Inkjet Printing--Specifications:

 Operate Mode 1 and inkjet system through 7” color touch screen which navigated with symbols. World-wide languages are available.   

 Inkjet prints text, symbol, image, barcode, QR code and UDI code. Adjustable font size with regular height 12mm around 1 to 5 lines of texts.

 Ports for connecting with UDI system or Tracing System. Able to generate one code for one subject.

 Up flip for easily replacing the inkjet cartridge.

Mode 3: Sealing, Dot-Matric Printing and Inkjet Printing--Specifications:

 Both mode 1 and mode 2 are operated simultaneously to meet special demand with two printing way.
